Refund policy
All sales are final due to customization of product. Only non-personalized items may be returned (within 7 days of delivery). Please CAREFULLY INSPECT your item as soon as it arrives. We cannot accept returns on any used items and items must be returned in new condition, with all original tags and packaging. If a non-personalized item is returned in used condition (animal hair, deodorant stains, missing or detached tags, perfumes or other smells, etc.), the return will not be accepted, and the item will be shipped back to the customer.
Replacement items will be provided when an error is made by Sew Very Sara Equestrian. A photo will be required of the item that has an error. Please CAREFULLY INSPECT your item as soon as it arrives, we cannot replace items beyond the 7 days of delivery timeline.

Please note that when a return is issued for an un-personalized item, a full refund will be issued LESS the amount for shipping. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. In addition, customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.
